To help our financial professionals build more Financial Planning into their practice, we launched our Planning Community. The community is a group of growth- oriented financial professionals who would like to learn more and do more for the benefit of their clients. The group uses the philosophy that iron sharpens iron and meets on a regular basis to discuss Planning topics along with specific cases. To make sure every person in the community has the same level of Financial Planning foundation, we require participants to attend our 16-week Endeavor program to get the foundations of financial planning and baseline knowledge.
