Worksite Financial Planning Program
Retirement, wealth, and health are all converging in the employee benefit space, with worksite financial planning being what binds them all together. intellicents has concentrated our efforts on putting together a team of advisors that can help employees with their money for today, for retirement, and for getting through retirement. On top of growing our team to 10 intellicents offices across the country, we have launched a worksite financial planning
program called “intellisteps” – your first step to financial health. With intellisteps, we are evolving our retirement planning services to now include financial planning for every Plan’s participant. We provide a personalized foundational financial plan to every employee, as well as bring them educational advice through drip email marketing, onsite group meetings and 1-on-1 consultations.
In 2016, intellicents set forth on an aggressive organic and inorganic growth path by rebranding a 40+ year old company and adopting a startup-like business plan to create a national independent financial services firm centered on the employee benefit relationship.....all without any venture or private equity funding. Unlike most advisory firms who just want to work with the wealthiest 1% of Americans, intellicents’ passion is to also help the 99% that compose the core of the American workforce.
