This event offered an excellent platform for the A team to showcase their expertise, dedication, and the innovative approaches they have implemented in school nutrition.
Aurora Public Schools (APS) has embarked on an innovative journey to transform school nutrition, led by Shannon Solomon, the Director of Nutrition Services. The school’s “A team,” a dedicated group of nutrition professionals, is making significant strides in providing high- quality, nutritious meals to over 38,000 students across its campuses.
