Offering Smoothies in your breakfast and lunch programs provides wholesome power- packed drinks that can be made in many different variations. Kids love smoothies, but oftentimes these power-packed drinks contain surprisingly high levels of sugar. Use these tips to make sure your smoothies aren’t loaded with additional added sugar. We have worked with the American Dairy Association Mideast to develop these seven Smoothie Recipes that have been a hit with kids.
