Client Insight Tool
The Client Insight Tool is an evaluation within Fidelity’s Practice Management & Consulting team that provides a scalable, deep analysis of an advisory firm’s household data to help drive sustainability and profitability. The tool provides a holistic view of a firm’s relationship with clients — including engagement with the next generation — to help identify business opportunities. The tool identifies various areas that contribute to a firm’s overall health and provides actionable ideas to consider, to help increase profitability: • Demographics: Understand demographic trends to better build and plan a book of business. • Segmentation/Profitability: Analyze pricing strategies to serve your client base more effectively. • Engagement: Engage with the next generation of family members and/or spouses to unlock a pool of future clients.
