The initiative was designed to allow any employee across our more than 125 branches to partner with the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in support of nonprofit organizations they are personally engaged with. Because these organizations were important to our employees, they were important to our firm. Some examples of those organizations who benefited from our program include Boys and Girls Clubs, local foodbanks, Autism Awareness campaigns, Special Olympics and organizations that support homeless women and children.
