Our firm is on a mission to create a more streamlined and personalized onboarding experience to welcome new financial professionals joining us. The LaunchPad Onboarding Experience initiative is a multi-phase project, including all aspects of introducing the company and our processes and procedures to transitioning financial professionals. These phases include: 1. Strategize and Brand the Onboarding Initiative 2. Hire a New Onboarding Specialist 3. Implement WOW
program, an automated process for executing department-by-department introductions 4. Develop new training videos and support materials 5. Build a new section to house training videos and support materials on our recently developed training website, EducationHub
