The Virtual Service Associate (VSA) Program allows all Prospera advisors to work with a dedicated Prospera employee, serving as a remote service associate for their firm. VSAs act as an extension of an advisor’s team; are trained in Prospera software, policies and procedures; and serve as a liaison between advisors, their clients, and Virtual Service Associate Program
Prospera. VSAs can be utilized either on a monthly subscription basis or temporarily. The program also offers on-demand assistance if an advisor needs assistance quickly. The enhanced program also offers a time-tracking tool to view monthly hours used for a transparent view of billing hours and utilization.
