Operation Council and Experience Dashboard
Advisor Group’s National Operational Excellence Council (NOEC) is a 12-member advisory board that represents the voice of all Advisor Group advisors in pursuit of enhancing the ease of doing business and creating efficiencies. The NOEC is a resource in the decision- making process and helps identify and prioritize operational opportunities within new account opening and maintenance, policies and procedures and functionality with clearing partners. Advisor Group stood up the Enhanced Experience Program Dashboard – an online
tool that Advisor Group advisors can use to monitor ways the NOEC and Advisor Group as a whole have acted upon their feedback, and enhanced services, solutions, and processes to better position them to serve clients and gain growth-enabling operational efficiencies.
