Stifel Independent Advisors’ effective approach to recruiting high-end financial advisors from underrepresented groups, including racial minorities and women, is part of an ongoing thought leadership program on DEI that began when CEO Alex David was appointed to lead the firm. In the past 18 months, SIA’s thought leadership has evolved into an important strategy that informs the firm’s philosophy of valuing, respecting diversity in all its forms, as well as removing systemic issues that do not
