FACT Program
This is a hands-on, rotational program and strategically structured career track, designed for recent college graduates, to help build the foundation for a rewarding career as a successful financial advisor. The program consists of three phases over 28 months deliberately designed to build critical technical, leadership, and soft skills. We provide supportive mentoring and experience, with participants starting in a branch support role before graduating and
being placed as a junior partner on an established team. The program guides them through the initial registration exams and successfully earning their CFP designation, while training them on everything they need to know to understand how the business works and how to be an advisor. By the end of the program, participants join a team as a financial advisor.
