Generation (k)ultivate
Generation (k)ultivate is a development program designed to educate the next generation of retirement plan advisors and further (k)ultivate those who are already engaged. Each cohort lasting four to six months, and depending on the groups’ spectrum of knowledge, financial professionals in the Gen (k) program will either learn the basics of employer-sponsored retirement plans, prospecting and marketing or more advanced topics such as building service
plans and practice management, or both. If we are to believe that over 1/3 of all advisors are retiring in the next 10 years, it is imperative that we educate and train those who wish to purposefully be in the plan business.
