Martine Lellis is the Chief Talent and Administrative Officer at Mercer Advisors. In this capacity, Ms. Lellis oversees the talent management, HR, Compliance, and general administration of Mercer Advisors’ 900+ employees. Ms. Lellis leads a team of over twenty- five people that are located throughout the United States. Ms. Lellis is responsible for the talent mapping process for Mercer Advisors’ mergers and acquisition strategy. As a highly active RIA acquirer, this is key to ensure that new team members are aligned with the correct Martine Lellis, Chief Talent and Administrative Officer
position. Ms. Lellis reports to the CEO, serves on the Executive Leadership Team, and is a member of both the Compensation Committee and Risk Committee.
