Dave Barton is Mercer Advisors’ Vice Chairman and Head of M&A. Mercer Advisors employs a C-Suite approach to M&A with all acquisitions led, managed, negotiated, valued, and documented through signed Letter of Intent and purchase agreements by Mr. Barton. Prior to becoming Head of M&A, Mr. Barton was Mercer Advisors’ CEO from 2008 through 2017, and architect of the Family Office business model and institutionalization of the company. As a successful former CEO, Mr. Barton creates instant prestige and credibility with an M&A prospect that allows for “owner to owner” positioning
