JP’s role as VP of Technology is to align with our CEO and COO to provide a vision for Merit’s Technology platform and capabilities as Merit continues to grow rapidly. JP oversees the entire Technology Team and their respective initiatives. Prioritizing goals to execute on Merit’s overall Tech Roadmap.
Merit is built on a servant-leadership style, which empowers our team to solve problems, create solutions and grow. We continually looks for ways to serve the team and better each member. Merit has a particular focus on working with individuals in transition, including divorce, retirement, widowhood, etc. As clients navigate these events in their personal lives, they can rest assured that their advisors and partners at Merit will guide them through the financial implications.
