Women Leadership Showcase
NewEdge Wealth is paving the way to showcase women leaders and mentor the next generation in the financial industry. In 2022, the firm hired Cameron Dawson as its first CIO and Robin Petty as its first Head of Wealth Strategy — two dynamic female leaders that have dramatically impacted the firm’s success. NewEdge also expanded its Fearless Women series to showcase successful women in various industries, including webinars such as “Women Who Board,”
“Women in the Arts,” and “Women in Cannabis” to name a few. Additionally, team members mentor young women wishing to pursue careers in finance, focusing their efforts on those who come from outside the “recruitment bubble”, meaning from schools and geographies that typically face an uphill climb to break into the industry.
