YAY, it’s every “basic” girl’s favorite season, FALL!! Bring on the pumpkin spice, sweater weather, and changing leaves!

• Butter • White cheddar (the sharper the better), sliced thin • Green pears (or green apples) , sliced thin

I am so excited for all the fall activities! Sign me up for the hayrides, apple picking, pumpkin carving, and leaf peeping! Along with the fun events, the change of season brings YUMMY GOODIES (and not just the Halloween candy)! Are you as excited as me about welcoming back

**TIP** I use a vegetable peeler, they are perfectly thin and it’s super quick! Also, be sure to lay on a paper towel to soak up the extra juice, soggy fruit is not welcome here. Here’s how: 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread (don’t be shy!) and place on griddle 2. Add a slice of cheddar 3. Add a layer of apple or pear slices 4. Top with more cheddar 5. Cover with other slice of bread 6. Grill until melty and toasty and golden brown And ENJOY!!

the apple cider donuts, pumpkin spice lattes, candy corn, and apple cider?! Okay, now I’m hungry. While we’re talking about food, make sure to visit your local farm stands and get all the fresh seasonal produce. It’s the perfect time for apples and pears and there are so many ways to prepare them. I’ll let you in on a little secret. I have the BEST grilled cheese recipe for the fall. one is EXTRA!! It’s elevated, a little bougee, and will make you look like you have the most sophisticated palette around! This is my go-to dish to serve or to contribute at all the get-togethers. I like to serve these in quarters on a festive platter. Make sure you get yours because they’ll be gone in no time!

So, there you have it, my secret is out! Enjoy the change of the season and all that comes with it. Go take those annual pumpkin patch photos of your kids and don’t forget to compare them to the previous years. I warn you it may cause

your eyes to tear up at the sight of them growing up so fast, but I assure you a smile will follow if you make sure to have a PSL in your hand. Cheers!

What you’ll need: • A loaf of cinnamon raisin bread (makes about 6 sandwiches)

Hi. I’m Stacy. I ammany things, including but not limited to, a mom, a wife, a daughter, a friend, a creator, an amazing lip-syncer, an empath, and an overall good time. I have an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and I enjoy painting, photography, drinking wine, eating french fries, and crafting. I have been married for 10 years (cocktail please!!) and together we have made two amazing humans (another cocktail please!!). Our son Anthony (7) and our daughter Sloan (4) have non-stop energy and in the rare instance they are not talking they are eating all the snacks. I am typically the “go-to” person for my friends who are seeking advice, a non-judgmental ear, perspective, a good venting session, or even just a hug (I am also a master hugger). I believe that human connection is of the utmost importance and that kindness is cool.
