Pinnock won his first national title in a personal best jump of 8.14 metres. While at Kingston College, Pinnock also competed in the 110 metres hurdles where he won the Class 1 Boys finals at 2019 the ISSA/ Grace Kennedy Boys’ and Girls’ Athletics
Championships in record time. In addition, he claimed the bronze medal in the long jump at the World Under‐20 Championships in Tampere, Finland in 2018.
