As mocktails and non-alcoholic choices grow in popularity, your operation may want to consider elevating your beverage options. This year, creative mocktails were a major trend found at the National Restaurant Association Show. From non-alcoholic spirits, wine and classic cocktails in a can, there was a variety of drinks on offer that packed a punch, without the alcohol. And we can't forget about the beverage related equipment either, like a machine that takes the tops off of cans. The FoodService Director team took a walk through the Beverage Pavilion, tested out some samples and talked to a handful of exhibitors. Here's a look at some of our takeaways.
