Previously, he spent 18 years in the food service industry. Marlon has a background in Dietetics, spending his first 8 years working for a food manufacturer and distributor in the realmof account management, sales, and production. He later wised up and joined the wonderful world of Child Nutrition where he has spent the last 10 years.
