“We aim to understand real consumer behavior through mobile ethnography. At FEI, we’ll be sharing a case study that we conducted about people’s buying behavior because of social media and TikTok. It’s really applicable for us to learn from if we pull it back to the front end and drive innovation from a place of understanding the gaps, the pain points, and the frustrations that these consumers were looking to fill from those new products they found on TikTok.”
