Falafel Serves 6 Ingredients RECIPE
Steps 1. To make the granola, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients. In a small bowl mix together all the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. 2. Spread the mixture in a 9 x 12 in glass container and bake for 20 minutes. Stir mixture and continue to bake for 15 - 20 minutes more until oatmeal has become toasted and the spices are fragrant. Allow to cool. Granola can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. 3. To make the yogurt, combine the yogurt, honey, and cardamom in a bowl. Mix until evenly combined. Yogurt can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week. 4. To grill the peaches, preheat your grill to medium heat. Cut peaches in half and remove the pits. Rub canola oil on the cut side of the peaches. Place the cut side of the peaches down onto the grill grates. Grill for 5 minutes and then turn cut side facing down about 90 degrees to get crossmarks on your peaches. Grill for an additional 5 minutes. 5. Serve peaches warm topped with spiced yogurt and granola. Enjoy!

• 2 Cups Plain low-fat yogurt • 1/2 tsp Cardamom • 1 tsp Honey

• 2 Cups Old fashioned oats • 1/4 Cup Coconut oil, melted • 1 Cup Pecan halves • 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground • 1 tsp Cardamom, ground • 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground • 1/4 tsp Cloves, ground • 1 tsp Salt • 1/2 Cup Maple syrup • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract • 1 tsp Lemon juice
