Grilled Peaches with Cardamom Yogurt & Chai Spiced Pecan Granola

The summer season = peach season, y’all!

D uring the summer, I want to be outside and spend less time in the kitchen. I’m also looking for light desserts. This dessert is like a hug on a nice cool summer night cuddled under a blanket while sitting around a fire pit. Warm!

Because the granola can keep in an airtight contain- er for 2 weeks and the yo- gurt can be made ahead a few days, this dish can come together in no time. Just throw the peaches on the grill to heat them through. Let me tell you that I had leftovers for breakfast. I mean it’s yogurt, fruit, and granola. I see no problems. The grilled peaches warm up the peaches and take ripe peaches to the next level! There’s a few peach orchards in my area, and I love going out to pick fresh peaches. It’s nice to connect

plain yogurt and flavoring it myself. There’s hundreds of flavored yogurts but there may be something that I’ve got an idea for that’s even better than the refrigerated aisle. Plain and simple, this dessert/breakfast is a great option for using those ripe peaches.
