Marlon Gordon Marlon is the Co-Founder & CEO of NxtGen Network. Previous to the creation of NxtGen Marlon spent four years as a Senior Account Manager for one of the country’s leading K-12 software providers and before that three years at Pasco County Schools in the Food and Nutrition Services department where he was the IT Program Manager responsible for the team that handled any and everything IT related
within the 80+ schools in the program. Amanda Venezia
Amanda is a Co-Owner of NxtGen Network and the Director of Dining Services in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Amanda has over 15 years of experience in restaurants and hospitality and over 10 years of experience in school nutrition. Her love of social media marketing has put her small New England district on the map and she has won such awards as this year’s FoodService Director Magazine 2019 Rising Star and the New Hampshire 40 under 40 award. Breanna Gustafson Breanna graduated from Bridgewater State University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Film, & Media. After working in the Boston and Cape Cod television market she moved down to Sunny Florida and filled Lee County’s first marketing role for Food & Nutrition Services. Breanna holds her Master’s Degree in New Media & Marketing. Michael Mang Michael Mang is currently the Director of Operations for NxtGen Network. He holds a B.S degree in Entertainment Business and a A.S degree in Audio Engineering. Before NxtGen Michael was a Projects Specialist at HSN for 13 years where he managed the live show and set up and trained hosts and guests on products being sold. Michael also worked for Pasco County School’s Food and Nutrition Services as a Technology Specialist where he and his team managed everything IT related within food service. Melissa Mayer Melissa has been working with school nutrition professionals for over 12 years. Beginning her career as a graphic designer for a design company that specializes in branding and signage for school food service programs, she now focuses her talent on helping other companies that support her school nutrition passion build their brands and market their services. Melissa attended Indiana Wesleyan University where she studied graphic design and intercultural studies. Among her graphic design abilities, her favorite parts of design are layout, social media advertising, and brand cultivation.
