Executive Chef Edward Yows created a super-cool eclipse theme menu at the Indianapolis Zoo, including Cosmic Crunch, Moon Pie, Astro POP-corn, the Egg- Clipse and this Eclipse Burger, a local farm-fresh burger, smashed with a “solar side up” egg, American cheese and sriracha ketchup on a black bun.
