Join your peers for a new way of sharing and learning. Attendees will present ideas that they want to discuss. The rest of the group will decide which of the chosen topics they want to learn more about and will be assigned to a virtual breakout room accordingly. All groups then return to the main session where the facilitator of each group will report on the problem solving and takeaways from their time in the breakout. This was a HUGE success at the conference in October so we hope to “see” you on February 8th!
When people have good relationships at work, they are more productive, volunteer to help each other more often, have fewer attendance issues, and are far less likely to quit their job (Forbes). In this keynote, we will dive into “The Five Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace” with a goal of making our staff feel valued and connected. Everyone will leave with actionable takeaways that they can put into practice immediately without taking too much time away from their other daily duties.
