Within the Insights function in your organization, which of the following are your biggest weaknesses?
“Balancing short-term innovation vs. long-term thinking,” along with “business resistance to change” are noted as the biggest weakness for the innovation function. These are historically consistent points of view. That said, “motivating teams,” is seen by less than 10% as a weakness. If balancing short-term and long-term innovation is a weakness and the business is resistant to innovative change generally-how can innovation teams be motivated?
