After managing an injury this year, she demonstrated poise and strength to win the national title and return to world class form. With a personal best of 52.51 s and multiple world medals, she’s firmly in the mix for Tokyo. Andrenette Knight – 28 yrs. SB: 53.67/PB: 53.26s; World Ranking #8 She has shifted her training environment in Fort Worth and refined her technical execution, cracking the coveted sub 53 second ceiling and performing consistently in Diamond League and regional competition. As the 2025 World Championships approach, she’s well positioned to target a medal, while pushing her personal best.

Shiann Salmon – 26 yrs. SB: 54.62/ PB: 52.97s; World Ranking #4 Salmon is a top tier 52 second hurdler, and has recognition through World and Commonwealth relay finals. Her return to the local training environment in 2024 appears to have unlocked her potential, with a personal best and a Diamond League win.
Danielle Williams – 32 yrs. SB: 12.43/PB: 12.31s; World Ranking #7 The two time world champion is firmly among Jamaica’s top track stars. Her blend of major titles, technical refinement, and a strong season makes her a good bet for a third crown in September. Amoi Brown – 26 yrs. SB: 12.67/ PB: 12.51s; World Ranking #25 Brown is carving out a promising career with strong performances both indoors and outdoors. Her sub 8.00s indoor form and near world class 12.51s PB show she’s on the cusp of Jamaica’s top shelf. With her 2025 NACAC selection confirmed and her continued rise across both distances, expect her to vie for global podiums soon.
