Over the past few years, we’ve improved food quality, sourced more local ingredients, and introduced bold new service models. With that foundation in place, we turned inward to the true engine of excellence: our team. joined us for two days of professional development that flipped the script, focusing on connection, accountability, and thriving together as a team “Staff realized that showing up for each other is just as important as showing up for students.” The impact was immediate.
