THE SHIFT WASN’T JUST FELT — IT WAS NAMED.
Leaders left this year’s conference clearer on their mandate than ever before: • We must influence beyond the cafeteria. • We must innovate intentionally, not reactively. • We must advocate with unity, not exhaustion. • We must create solutions built for scale, equity, and excellence. This isn’t the same industry it was three years ago. And FSNA isn’t the same association. We are becoming the table where statewide direction is shaped, and that momentum is now carrying us directly into our most ambitious event yet.
