Dragon Fruit Smoothie • 1 Cup Pink Dragon fruit, frozen • 1 Cup Strawberries, frozen • 1 Banana, frozen • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Simple Chia Pudding • 1 Cup Almond Milk • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds • 1 tsp Maple Syrup • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl using a whisk. Wait 15 minutes and whisk again. Let set overnight or at least 4 hours. To make your parfait, layer the dragon fruit smoothie, chia pudding, and Greek yogurt in a clear bowl or cup so you can see all those pretty layers.
